Independent Norton Member of Parliament, Temba Mliswa, has urged President Emmerson Mnangagwa and opposition MDC leader Nelson Chamisa to meet outside the Political Actors Dialogue (POLAD) arrangement.
Chamisa has, however refused to be part of the POLAD as he insists on meeting Mnangagwa on a one-on-one deal.
Speaking on New Zimbabwe.com’s current affairs programme, The Agenda on Monday, Mliswa said:
“You cannot ignore Chamisa as well as being the leader of the biggest opposition in the country. Yes, the political actors’ dialogue is there but how influential are they as political actors?”
“I think it is important that we urge them (Mnangagwa and Chamisa) to meet.
