The fuel woes continue to hurt the nation of Zimbabwe as motorists persistently seek the precious fluid in apparently long queues that mount at almost every service station.
This has caused a spate of price hikes with the boomerang effect being felt in the transport sector as travellers have to bear the brunt of high costs of travelling. Basic commodity prices have also been on an upward trajectory with prices rising above the reach of many who now live well below the poverty datum line.
