The recently launched Zimbabwe Teachers Sports Association (ZITSA) has made its intentions clear by organising a National Games and recreational tour to the mighty Mosi oa Tunya, the Victoria Falls. The event and tour have been penciled for the period spanning from the 9th to the 12th of August 2019.
Speaking after emerging from the National Administration meeting, ZITSA National Vice Secretary General Mr. Hector Kabhunu described the event as a once in a life time opportunity to have an outing for teachers as they network and share life experiences while at the same time participating in various games and sport codes.
He said, “As ZITSA we implore teachers to grab the opportunity to be away from the hectic experiences that come with the teaching profession and be away in the Vic Falls breathing some fresh air, creating synergies with teachers from other districts and provinces and creating opportunities that will enhance lives and change fortunes.”
Meanwhile, registrations for the event are in progress and anyone interested can get hold of ZITSA District and Provincial leadership.
